• Life is Work -  A west-side organization that supports and empowers trans persons of color through direct services, activism, and advocacy.  Life Is Work provides case management-guided programs that assist with employment, legal assistance, and safe housing options.

• Lighthouse Foundation -  A Black LGBTQ+-led, multiracial social justice organization that advances justice for Black LGBTQ+ people across Chicagoland through empowerment, education, and entertainment. 

• Project Vida - A southwest side nonprofit offering free and affordable programs and services for prevention, care, health education, and wellness to ensure that everyone has access to quality programs and services, regardless of their income or insurance status.

• Chicago House - This organization supports individuals and families impacted by HIV with housing, health, and employment services. Their TransLife Care program exists to provide free healthcare and social services to vulnerable individuals who identify themselves as trans, non-binary, or gender expansive.

• Invisible2Invincible - i2i is a community-based organization focusing on Asians & Pacific Islanders  who identify as LGBTQ+ in the Chicago area. They organize progressive educational programming, support spaces, and social events, focusing around community activism.
